Peanut Butter Toffee Cookie

This cookie is a toffee lovers dream- complete with peanut butter, toffee and semi-sweet chocolate chips, this cookie is guarenteed to satisfy your sweet tooth.



Peanut Butter Toffee Cookie
1/2 C butter
3/4 C creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 C packed brown sugar
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
3/4 Tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 C toffee bits
1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla until creamy. Add egg, beat until just blended. Combine four, baking soda and salt. Slowly beat into peanut butter mixture. Add toffee and chocolate chips. Refridgerate 1 hour.

Heat oven to 350. Using a cookie scoop or teaspoons, drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreaced cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute and transfer to cooling rack.
