Warm weather means smoothies to me. Not only are they tasty, but they're great for you. This is a quick and easy way to have your smoothies ready for you in the morning.
Smoothie to Go Packs
3 bags of fruit of your choice
1 container of Vanilla Greek Yogurt- frozen in ice cube trays
1 package of ready to eat baby spinach
Sandwich Baggies
Place 1 1/2 cups of fruit in the baggie. Add 3-4 ice cubes of greek yogurt. ( I added 4 because that equaled 3 TBSP of yogurt. My ice tray is very small). Add one cup of baby spinach. Put in freezer.
