My sister told me about this new way to cook bacon. She said it was the best bacon she'd ever made. So, I did it this morning and I will never make bacon on the stovetop again! It was crazy easy, little mess and it turned out perfectly!
Preheat the oven to 375. Place a sheet of foil on a cookie sheet with sides. Lay bacon on the foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Best part...just throw out the foil...no scrubbing bacon grease!

OMG, I know, isn't this the BEST? It makes it so crisp, salty, and delicious. Best thing I'ver learned in a while.
