Heart Brownies
1 box brownie mix with ingredients listed on the box to prepare them
1 tub frosting
food coloring and sprinkles, if desired
heart cookie cutter
Prepare brownies as directed on box. Line pan with foil coated in baking spray and make sure the foil overlaps the edge of the pan. If it is an 8x8 mix, bake in a 9x13- if its a 9x13 size, bake in a lasagna pan or anything that's slightly larger-and cut the baking time in half and check on them at 5 minute increments until the brownies are baked through.
Remove brownies by lifting the foil out of the pan and let cool. Cut hearts out of the brownies with cookie cutters and place on wax paper.
Microwave frosting in a measuring cup with a spout for 30 seconds and at 15 second increments until melted. Stirring in between microwaving. Pour over brownies. Sprinkle any decorations immediately after pouring. Let set until frosting hardens. Once frosting is hard, take a knife and cut around the perimeter of the brownie so that it the edges are clean.
