One Point Veggie Dip

My friend Heather, who has done an amazing job loosing over 75 pounds this last year, gave me this great tip. Eating veggies can get mundane when you're trying to consume all your servings through the day, adding this easy veggie dip makes it a little more bearable. This dip is flavorful and only one point per serving.


Easy Veggie Dip
1 tub Simply Sour Cream- fat free
1 packet Hidden Valley Dill Dip Mix

Combine, refrigerate for 2 hours. Enjoy!
