The French Toast was a hit in our house, as you can see by the little vultures surrounding Dad below. They couldn't get enough. I always make extra so that I have an easy breakfast in the freezer for the kids, but that wasn't happening this morning! I went through an entire loaf of bread and they still wanted more!
Pumpkin French Toast
1 loaf bread
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk
1/2 pumpkin
2tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Cinnamon to taste
Preheat griddle to 350. Combine all ingredients, except the bread & cinnamon. Pour half of the mixture in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle Cinnamon on top of mixture. Dip bread and place on griddle. Replenish cinnamon each time you dip the bread.
