Pumpkin Streusel Muffin Tops
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 Tbsp Cold Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar (Splenda if you want to save on calories)
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cake mix, pumpkin, water and spice in an electric mixer. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon into greased muffin top pan.
Add butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Use a pastry blender to mix until crumbly. Sprinkle on muffin tops. Bake for 23 minutes.
