7 Days of Pumpkin Day Four- Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes with Cream Cheese Glaze

This is an awesome recipe.  So easy, yet looks like you've spent hours slaving away in the kitchen. I usually make this in my big bundt pan, but decided to do mini bundts since I never use that pan. This is a great cake to bring to your holiday dinner!

Pumkin Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Glaze

1 Spice Cake Mix
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Cup Water

4oz Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
1 Tbsp Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine spice cake, pumpkin puree and water in an electric mixer for two minutes. Pour into greased bundt pans. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick is clean when inserted into the center of a cake.

Combine cream cheese, butter, confectioers sugar and milk in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Pour over bundts. Sprinkle with decorative sugar if desired.
