Roasted Asparagus

Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. It tastes great and is easy to prepare. If you haven't tried roasting it, be sure to do it with your next batch of asparagus. It's crispy and packed with deliciousness.

Here is the recipe...

Roasted Asparagus

1 lb Asparagus
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp parmesean cheese
3 garlic cloves- pressed or diced
Sea Salt to taste

Preheat your oven to 425.

Trim off the bottoms of the Asparagus and place in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
